How long is the order processing/turnaround time?

The order processing time usually involves the production time needed to receive, create, proof (if required), edit, print and then package your order. Your order joins our processing queue once your details have been confirmed and orders are then worked on by date received.

As a guide, our current processing times are:

  • Non-personalised items: up to 5 business days
  • Quick edit items: up to 7 business days
  • Longer edit items: up to 10 business days

You can find a note of which category each item fits into at the bottom of the item descriptions.

How quickly your item can be dispatched can depend on the type of item ordered, the production method used and how many other orders are ahead of yours in the processing queue. Your order will always ship by its expected dispatch date and your estimated delivery will be after processing time + shipping time.

 

How long is the shipping time?

All of our items are handmade here in the UK. Our shipping estimates are based on your chosen shipping service and your location, and they fit with the minimum estimates based on Royal Mail's recommendations. Most mail will reach you within this time but unfortunately it cannot be guaranteed as there can be unexpected delays, e.g. the current Covid pandemic, or when the postal service is otherwise busy.

If your order is being shipped to another country, Royal Mail's recommendations do not account for additional time needed due to issues with customs inspections. Each country's customs service has their own guidelines for receiving mail and, as per our shop policies, we are not responsible for any delays due to customs. Buyers are also responsible for all customs charges.

As a guide, our current shipping estimates are:

  • UK 1st Class mail:  1-5 business days
  • UK 2nd Class mail: up to 2-7 business days
  • International Tracked mail: 5-25 business days

These times account for the continuing impact of the Covid pandemic on the postal service.

 

Does my order include tracked or non-tracked shipping?

UK (domestic)
Our items are sent with Royal Mail's 2nd Class postage service, allowing us to keep costs low for our customers, but there are also optional shipping upgrades available at the checkout. Additionally, we may apply a complementary upgrades to a signed or tracked service if your order crosses our price point threshold.

Rest of the World (international)
All international locations (outside of the UK) will use a tracked shipping service as standard.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping and how is my order usually packaged?

Sorry, we do not offer gift wrapping on our stationery.

Labels & stickers will usually be packaged flat. They will sometimes fit a smaller envelope & match the standard letter postage size (although the weight varies), but sheet labels will usually be sent as large letter post. Other items available will be wrapped in a similar style, again depending on size, and items that are not fully flat will usually be sent in a postage box. 

We are trying to become as eco-friendly as possible with our packaging and products, so we are avoiding single use plastic wherever possible. This means your items will be wrapped in a paper bag or biodegradable sleeve and not in a single use plastic cello bag.

 

What happens with personalisation and proofs for my order?

 

Please provide your personalisation details (if needed) before you checkout. Personalisation will either match the listing style or use font/colour choice boards for your reference. If there are issues attaching your logo, you are welcome to contact us at orders@littlestickerdoodles.com for further help.


A preview is usually provided on personalised items where there may be spellings that need to be confirmed (like with address labels), or if we need you to check the placement of your design (like belly bands). If there is no option for another placement (like on our paper bags), then no preview will be sent. If you do receive a preview, just let us know prior to printing & shipping if you require any amendments, as we're happy to edit for you. If no response is received regarding any changes, it will be assumed that you are happy with a standard version of this item with your own details added.

If additional information is required to create a proof and it is not provided by you, then we may be unable to process your order further & may need to cancel.

 

Will you want to use our stationery for promotional photography?

Yes, possibly, but this often only applies to business stationery. If personal stationery is occasionally used, then please be assured that no contact details will ever be shown.

We are most likely to take photographs of your finished business stationery for our promotional photography pictures, which can help to promote your own product also. As with personal stationery, your privacy is important to us, so these images are likely to include your business images/info but will never show your address/telephone details.

If you would prefer that your stationery is not used in our promotional photography, then please do let us know via email within one week of your order date.
